By accessing and using ConnectVogue (a product of Xillentech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ConnectVogue provides a Salesforce-native messaging interface that allows users to connect their own Twilio, Meta (WhatsApp), or Gemini API keys ("BYOK") to manage communications directly within Salesforce.
3. User Responsibilities
As a BYOK platform, you are responsible for maintaining your own relationships and accounts with third-party providers (Twilio, Meta, Google). You must comply with their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for all messaging costs incurred through your API keys.
4. Software License
Xillentech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the ConnectVogue software within your Salesforce environment. This license is for your internal business use only.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Xillentech does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Xillentech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Xillentech is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
