ConnectVogue is a 100% native Salesforce managed package. Your WhatsApp and SMS API keys are stored in Salesforce Named Credentials (AES-256 encrypted). Inbound message webhooks are validated with HMAC-SHA256 signatures. All user-triggered database operations run in USER_MODE — enforcing your existing field-level security. Your customer conversations never touch an external server.
